How big a project can STP handle?

Some contracts are just a project-phase or brief piece of consultancy or business analysis. 

Some contracts are larger — one recent interim management project was a year long and involved full euro conversion accountability for leading, managing and co-ordinating:

• 25 businesses of the client's across Europe, and their differing requirements;
• 23 application systems in a single change programme, development of each needing driving, and leading to:
• Fixed date changes to 114 IT systems; and
• Co-ordination with an additional 37 related systems not directly managed by STP's project.

… and on (early) completion of this project the client offered themselves as a reference site for STP. 

We also offer a wide range of management and hands-on experience in systems management, technology and application development & support experience, with extensive multiple project work &mdash. Experience of single application systems being used by for 220 concurrent users (an international real-time trading & risk management system, feeding international settlement systems), and of data provision to 700 concurrent users.
