STP's Consultants

STP's policy is to only employ quality interim management consultants with over 15 years experience of managing IT projects, all of whom have extensive first-hand experience of application development and system support.  Being a new company intending to grow organically, but have the ability and contacts to take on skilled staff from associated firms as required.  Currently we only have 3 employees across all divisions, but we also have many associates with over 10 years experience from programmers, testers and infrastructure specialists ready to deliver for you. 

In addition to STP's contract assignments, we can also place quality associates with customers who prefer to take on their consultants directly, rather than from a consultancy.  Such assignment placements work similarly to recruitment agencies.  For instance, we are currently negotiating to place an interim manager, who has previously worked for a STP director at two former employers, to a central bank.
